You’re In Good Care at Practice 32 At Practice 32, we strive to make all patients feel comfortable, secure, and well-cared for. During your initial appointment, we will assess your dental and medical history and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, including X-rays. We will then proceed with a comprehensive dental cleaning. Our team will also discuss any issues and assist you in selecting the right dentist for any follow-up treatment.
Our team at Practice 32 is here to help you with the insurance claims process. However, it is the responsibility of the patient to meet all financial obligations before receiving any services.
No Insurance? No Problem! We offer Dental Wellness Plans for those without insurance or seeking alternative options outside traditional dental insurance.
To minimize time spent in the waiting room, please fill out our New Patient Forms prior to your appointment and bring them with you.
For your convenience, our patient forms are made available online to print and fill out at home. Please bring them with you on the day of your appointment to save time in our office. If you have questions, please contact us we will be happy to assist you.

At Practice 32, we understand that every dental insurance plan is unique and coverage can differ greatly. Our goal is to assist you in understanding your dental benefits and to help you receive the maximum services for which you are eligible.
We can assist you in submitting your dental insurance claims, provide information on any services that may not be covered, and keep you informed of any out-of-pocket costs related to your appointment. Although we are contracted with Delta Dental of Colorado, we can submit claims to any insurance provider on your behalf.
For those without dental insurance, Practice 32 offers Dental Wellness Plans to provide access to regular dental services and maintain good oral health.
