A single-column, hygienist-led practice in Colorado Springs — built around the clinicians, not around a doctor’s column.
Yes, it’s a thing in Colorado. And yes, it changes everything about how the work feels.
Your monthly paycheck is the higher of two numbers:
The guaranteed floor is $53/hr. Across our team, effective hourly typically lands $58 to $68/hr (median $58). The floor catches slow weeks — about one month in three across the team, mostly December through February.
These numbers come from our actual payroll, not a recruiting pitch.
Our owner, Olivia, is a Registered Dental Hygienist who built Practice 32 around the way she wanted to practice hygiene. She still works in the operatory next to you, sees her own patients, and runs the practice from inside the work — not from a back office.
The rest of the team is small and tight. Front desk, your fellow hygienists, and you. We do things outside work together (yes, we recently went to an escape room, and we’re going back). If you’ve worked somewhere where the staff don’t talk to each other, you’ll feel the difference your first shift.
Decisions get made by someone who actually does the job.
The owner-operator-clinician model isn’t the standard, and most candidates feel the difference within their first week. Patients pick up on it too — you’ll be working in a chair where people remember your name.
Apply through Indeed with your resume. Quick phone screen, then a working interview if it’s a fit. Every candidate gets a yes or no within a week. No ghosting.
